The Front End of Recovery
Heavy steel, a serious feed throat, and the hydraulics to drive it — this is the front end of recovery, where end-of-life electronics first get reduced to a workable stream before separation and material recovery begin.
It's a useful reminder that scaling up e-waste recovery isn't software. It's machinery — built, tested, and commissioned piece by piece before a single tonne moves through it.
