To support our US expansion, 3R Technology Global is hiring for two key roles at our planned Midwest facility.
The Roles
Office & HR Manager
The person who keeps our people, processes, and culture running as we scale. You will own onboarding, HR operations, office administration, and the day-to-day systems that let the rest of the team focus on the work.
Operations Manager
The person who keeps the floor moving — throughput, safety, quality, and the day-to-day discipline that turns shredded streams into recovered metals. You will be responsible for production targets, team leadership, and the operational standards that define a 3R Technology Global facility.
Who We're Looking For
If you have worked in recycling, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations — and you want a role where the work actually adds up to something (less landfill, more recovered copper, aluminium, and precious metals) — we would like to meet you.
This is not a role for someone looking to coast. We are building the infrastructure for a circular electronics economy in North America, and Janesville is one of the most important chapters of that story. The hires we make in the next few weeks will shape the operation for years.
Why Janesville
Strategically positioned between Chicago and Minneapolis, Janesville gives us coverage across the Great Lakes region — one of the highest concentrations of industrial and technology e-waste in North America. The Wisconsin facility will run the same AI-driven recovery capability already operational at our Riverbank, California flagship, bringing industry-leading recovery rates to the Midwest.
