We are pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Begin as Business Development Specialist for North America. Matthew joins 3R Technology Global at a pivotal moment in our US expansion — and brings with him the expertise and relationships needed to grow our North American client base.
Welcoming Matthew to the Team
Matthew will be based out of our Riverbank, California facility — our flagship US operation — where we process scrap electronics, plastics, and breakage material for OEMs, IT asset disposition firms, and enterprise clients across the region.
His focus will be on connecting with collectors, municipalities, and manufacturers who generate significant volumes of end-of-life electronics and are looking for a downstream partner who can deliver real recovery value — not just compliance.

North American Expansion
Matthew's appointment coincides with a major milestone for 3R Technology Global in the US: we are opening a second recycling facility in Janesville, Wisconsin, positioning us to serve Midwest-based partners with the same AI-driven recovery capability we have established in California.
The Wisconsin facility will extend our reach across the region, enabling us to collect and process e-waste from a broader network of enterprise, municipal, and OEM clients — and bring our industry-leading recovery rates to a market that has long needed better options.
